Overview

2018 2nd International Conference on Communications and Future Internet (ICCFI 2018) will be held in Beijing, China during July 27-29, 2018 as a workshop of 2018 2nd International Conference on Algorithms, Computing and Systems (ICACS 2018).

The conference serves as an annual platform to bring together researchers and practitioners from around the world who are developing or involving in Communications and Future Internet fields with attendant economic, environmental, and societal benefits. It enables the sharing and exchange of innovative technologies and approaches being applied in related fields of Communications and Future Internet .

Submissions will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, relevance to conference, contributions, presentation, etc.
All accepted papers of ICCFI 2018 after proper registration will be included in the conference proceedings of ICACS 2018, which will be submitted for index by Ei Compendex and Scopus. (Template Download)
 

 

Excellent papers will be recommended to be published by Journal of Communications (ISSN: 1796-2021 (Online); 2374-4367 (Print)), indexed by SCOPUS; ULRICH's Periodicals Directory; INSPEC; etc.

Dr. LING Tok Wang is a professor of the Department of Computer Science, School of Computing at the National University of Singapore. He was the Head of IT Division, Deputy Head of the Department of Information Systems and Computer Science, and Vice Dean of the School of Computing of the University. Before joining the University as a lecturer in 1979, he was a scientific staff at Bell Northern Research, Ottawa, Canada. He received his Ph.D. and M.Math., both in Computer Science, from University of Waterloo (Canada) and B.Sc.(1st class Hons) in Mathematics from Nanyang University (Singapore). His research interests include Data Modeling, Entity-Relationship Approach, Object-Oriented Data Model, Normalization Theory, Logic and Database, Integrity Constraint Checking, Semi-Structured Data Model, XML Twig Pattern Query Processing, ORA-semantics based XML and Relational Database Keyword Query Processing. He has published more than 230 international journal/conference papers and chapters in books, all in database research areas. He also co-edited 13 conference and workshop proceedings, co-authored one book, and edited one book.

He is an ER Fellow, an ACM Distinguished Scientist, IEEE Senior Life Member, and Senior Member of Singapore Computer Society. He received the ACM Recognition of Service Award in 2007, the DASFAA Outstanding Contributions Award in 2010, and the Peter P. Chen Award in 2011.

Professor Chin-Chen Chang obtained his Ph.D. degree in computer engineering from National Chiao Tung University. His first degree is Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics and master degree is Master of Science in computer and decision sciences. Both were awarded in National TsingHua University. Dr. Chang served in National Chung Cheng University from 1989 to 2005. His current title is Chair Professor in Department of Information Engineering and Computer Science, Feng Chia University, from Feb. 2005. Prior to joining Feng Chia University, Professor Chang was an associate professor in Chiao Tung University, professor in National Chung Hsing University, chair professor in National Chung Cheng University. He had also been Visiting Researcher and Visiting Scientist to Tokyo University and Kyoto University, Japan. During his service in Chung Cheng, Professor Chang served as Chairman of the Institute of Computer Science and Information Engineering, Dean of College of Engineering, Provost and then Acting President of Chung Cheng University and Director of Advisory Office in Ministry of Education, Taiwan.

Professor Chang's specialties include, but not limited to, data engineering, database systems, computer cryptography and information security. A researcher of acclaimed and distinguished services and contributions to his country and advancing human knowledge in the field of information science, Professor Chang has won many research awards and honorary positions by and in prestigious organizations both nationally and internationally. He is currently a Fellow of IEEE and a Fellow of IEE, UK. And since his early years of career development, he consecutively won Institute of Information & Computing Machinery Medal of Honor, Outstanding Youth Award of Taiwan, Outstanding Talent in Information Sciences of Taiwan, AceR Dragon Award of the Ten Most Outstanding Talents, Outstanding Scholar Award of Taiwan, Outstanding Engineering Professor Award of Taiwan, Chung-Shan Academic Publication Awards, Distinguished Research Awards of National Science Council of Taiwan, Outstanding Scholarly Contribution Award of the International Institute for Advanced Studies in Systems Research and Cybernetics, Top Fifteen Scholars in Systems and Software Engineering of the Journal of Systems and Software, Top Cited Paper Award of Pattern Recognition Letters, and so on. On numerous occasions, he was invited to serve as Visiting Professor, Chair Professor, Honorary Professor, Honorary Director, Honorary Chairman, Distinguished Alumnus, Distinguished Researcher, Research Fellow by universities and research institutes. He also published over hundreds papers in Information Sciences. In the meantime, he participates actively in international academic organizations and performs advisory work to government agencies and academic organizations.


  Prof. Sheng-Uei Guan

Steven Guan received his M.Sc. & Ph.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is currently a Professor and the Director for Research Institute of Big Data Analytics at Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University (XJTLU). He served the head of department position at XJTLU for 4.5 years, creating the department from scratch and now in shape. Before joining XJTLU, he was a tenured professor and chair in intelligent systems at Brunel University, UK.

Prof. Guan has worked in a prestigious R&D organization for several years, serving as a design engineer, project leader, and department manager. After leaving the industry, he joined Yuan-Ze University in Taiwan for three and half years. He served as deputy director for the Computing Center and the chairman for the Department of Information & Communication Technology. Later he joined the Electrical & Computer Engineering Department at National University of Singapore as an associate professor.

Prof. Guan’s research interests include: machine learning, modeling, security, networking, and pseudorandom number generation. He has published extensively in these areas, with 130+ journal papers and 180+ book chapters or conference papers. He has chaired and delivered keynote speech for 20+ international conferences and served in 150+ international conference committees and 20+ editorial boards.

Submission Guidelines

1. Language
English is the official language of the conference; the paper should be written and presented only in English.

2. Presentation & Publication (Full paper)
Full paper (no less than 4 full pages) is requested, if you are considering publishing your paper.

3. Presentation Only (Abstract)
If you just want to make a presentation without paper publication, then you can only submit an abstract (200-400 words).

4. Academic Ethics

Articles submitted to the conference should report original, previously unpublished research results, and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated. If plagiarism is found, the following acts of sanction will be taken:

1). Reject the article submitted or delete the article from the final publications.
2). Report the authors violation to his/her supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s).
3). Report the authors violation to the appropriate overseeing office of academic ethics and research funding agency.
4). Reserve the right to publish the authors name(s), the title of the article, the name(s) of the affiliated institution and the details of misconduct, etc. of the plagiarist”.

Registration is compulsory to attend ICCFI 2018. The registration of author and presenter only are based on the fact that their papers or abstracts are accepted by the conference after review.

计算机技术发展给当今社会生活带来前所未有的便利,国内外对计算机领域技术的研究也在日益加深。作为第二届算法、计算与系统国际会议的分会,第二届通信与未来互联网国际会议致力于为全世界计算机技术相关领域,特别是通信与未来互联网相关的研究人员提供一个分享研究成果,探讨研究问题,促进合作交流的平台。
 

第一届ICCFI和ICACS已于2017年8月10-13日在韩国济州岛成功举办,来自12个国家和地区的学者和从业人员参会并做了报告。 2018年第二届通信与未来互联网国际会议由新加坡计算机科学与信息技术协会主办,将于2018年7月27-29日在北京召开。

本次会议论文将收录在第二届算法、计算与系统国际会议论文集中,并提交Ei 核心和Scopus检索。 优秀论文将推荐到Journal of Communications出版,被Scopus收录。

一、征稿对象

凡国内外各高校、科研院所或企业从事相关领域研究的教师、学生、研究人员均可向本次会议投稿。

二、征稿主题

4G移动技术、电子学习通信技术、增强现实、通信网络安全、通信建模、人机通信、未来仓储网格、未来云通信、移动社交网络、移动搜索引擎、移动电视和组播应用、移动车载技术等。

2. 会议官方语言为英语,只接受英语论文,请务必用英语撰写文章。
